Trifecta: Week 104/ Wicca

Welcome Trifectan's, friends, family and visitors to another Trifecta week. The  lovely ladies over  there have given us a wonderful challenge this week. The word is Companion 3 one that is closely connected with something similar/ one employed to live with and serve another

I had to participate with a picture and my 267 word story that I hope you will enjoy. I call it Wicca.

Kyle Thompson

“Will he come?” she asked her Wiccan companion.

“Yes, he will come,” her sisters replied, hopefully.  “The Goddess said he that would.”

“But we’ve been waiting down here for so long,” she said, teary.

“We know dear sister, but he will come,” Wiccan two said grasping her hand.

“We must abide our time.” Wiccan one told them.

She was the wisest of the three friends and the one that had caused their reprimand. She had looked into the eyes of the strangers and saw. Her sisters saw it too, but it was by her word that they disclosed the prophecies to the men.

She was Wiccan but she was neither light nor dark, only a witness to the good and evil in man. She knew as a Wiccan she didn’t control fate but was just its instrument. Yet, she was obedient to her Goddess.

She had spoken without the Goddess well; it was her anger that dispelled them here to this hostile place to await the sovereign's return to right their wrong.

"Fair is foul, and foul is fair, Hover through the fog and filthy air,” she tells them. “We shall do as our Goddess asks.”

The others nod in agreement.

“Now let us prepare for he will return. I have seen it,” she tells her companions. They looked surprised, but as she touches them, they smile happily.

 “Yes, sister,” they tell her.

No longer bound by their moral confusion, the trio begins to conjure their intent to cause trouble for the mortals that have ruled this land.

"Double, double, toil and trouble,” they chant in harmony.

Thank you and if you would like to join in on the fun follow the link to Trifecta

  7. Love the picture. These Wiccans make me a little nervous. Even though they speak in a soothing tone. I say, "Beware!" Great story.
